3. Non Custodial Nature

TheHalox may provide non custodial wallet functionality. You are solely responsible for safeguarding private keys, seed phrases, and devices. We cannot recover lost keys.

4. Risks

Digital assets are volatile and involve risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities, sanctions violations, or use for illicit purposes.
Attempt to exploit, attack, or disrupt the Services.
Impersonation or misrepresentation.

6. Fees

Fees (including network fees) may apply and will be disclosed where relevant.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for securing your account and devices. Notify us immediately of any suspicious activity.

8. Third Party Services

We may integrate third party services (for example swaps and onramps). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheHalox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or your access at any time for any reason.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of our principal establishment, without regard to conflict of laws.
